NOTE: Room reservations require a valid credit card which will be charged (for your conference stay) around Friday Sept 4th, 2026… This is about 3 weeks before we arrive for the conference. This ensures that check-in will have no “snags” due to invalid or expired credit cards. Because of the significant Conference Rate Discount … Rooms booked at the conference rate are non-refundable, EXCEPT … for the provision that changes may be made to your booking up to 3 days (72 hours) before you arrive (including refunds).

Hotel Rooms with 1 King or 2 Queen beds: $150.00 +HST
• 1 Bedroom condo: $200 +HST
• 2 Bedroom condo: $250 +HST

(All condos have fully equipped kitchens. All hotel rooms have a small microwave, a small fridge and a coffee maker.)
